"CXG-rx1 type inter-station safety information transmission equipment based on optical communication" developed by the Company is mainly used for safety information transmission of semi-automatic block section, automatic inter-section block section, inter-section communication or communication between yards.
In January 2011, "CXG-rx type inter-station safety information transmission equipment based on optical communication” passed product test and system function test of Quality Inspection Center of Ministry of Railways, and the Company became one of three enterprises that are the first batch of enterprise certification based on inter-station safety information transmission system products by former Ministry of Railways.
The equipment passed independent safety evaluation of the third party in June 2012 and safety integrity level reaches level 4, which proves that products and development process conform to SIL4 level requirements specified in EN50126, EN50128 and EN50129 standard.
Safety information transmission equipment is to use operational unit in axle counter as hardware platform of safety information transmission. Time stamp, overtime inspection, source identifier SID identification, feedback at the time of receiving errors and 32-bit CRC cyclic redundancy check and double check of 32-bit system inspection and safety defense technology are adopted for software, which effectively overcomes possible data frame repetition, data frame loss, data frame insertion, data frame disorder, data frame error, data frame transmission timeout these six safety threats at the time of receiving data and guarantees functional safety of controlling information.

CXG-rx type inter-station safety information transmission equipment based on optical communication has the following characteristics:
1. Hot standby redundant structure is adopted for system to improve system availability. 2. CPU hardware structure is adopted for single unit equipment, dynamic pulse is adopted for output driver and output should conform to "two-out-of-two" principle. "Safety" circuit is adopted for drive executive unit, double collection of relay contact and re-collection of drive relay and other measures should be adopted for drive executive unit to guarantee equipment fault guide safety. 3. The equipment satisfies requirements of Q/CR 623-2017 Inter-station Safety Information Transmission System based on Optical Communication. 4. Safety defense measures are adopted for software to defense data repetition, loss, insertion, error, disorder, transmission timeout and other safety threats in closed communication system at the time of data transmission, and satisfy regulations in RSSP-I Railway Signal Safety Communication Protocol (V1.0) of YJXH [2010] No. 267 Technical Specification of Railway Signal Safety Communication Protocol. 5. Equipment fault can be reminded by self-inspection fault code, which is convenient for using and maintenance.
